FAQs
Can I drink the filtered water directly?
The VP3 is designed to improve RV water quality by reducing certain bacteria, viruses, sediment, chlorine, and other impurities through its three-stage filtration system. However, water quality varies by source. For safe drinking, we recommend using a verified potable water source rather than relying on filtration alone to treat untreated outdoor water.
Why does the system trigger a water flow alarm?
A water flow alarm may be triggered by reduced water flow, often caused by clogged filters or highly turbid water. If you're using well water or another non-municipal water source, check the water quality and replace the filter cartridges if necessary. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
